Coloring Eggs

Marcia's family spent Easter break with us. Brielle and Katie are soooo excited to color eggs--an activity that took all of 3 minutes. Brielle had a hard time coloring eggs with only one arm. (She fell off a swing and broke her arm.)

Megan was thrilled to get the "DogZ" wii game!

The easter bunny brought the children a "wii" for Easter. Peter Rabbit brought it for the kids, but Mom and Dad sure have sore arms from playing tennis and bowling. (Mom can woop dad's hi-nee!)

Make-Over

Brinne and Nancy spent an evening making themselves over. Hair, make-up, and even eyebrow waxing was on the agenda.

Brinne is Blonde

Brinne decided to highlight her hair because her hair was getting too "red". She was afraid of being "carrot red" or "Annie" red, so we took drastic measures. We quite like it---and look at those LIPS!!

Brian the Principal

Brian is enjoying his job as the principal. He had his picture taken in front of his school for an article that he wrote for some education magazine.

Derrick's Basketball Season

Derrick's basketball team did not do the best this year, but hey, they had a great time. The small furry one was MVP.

Super Bowl

The Friday before the superbowl was a day for the students to wear their favorite teams. Derrick got his new Patriots shirt for Christmas and he let Nancy wear his old one. Don't they look fierce???

Grandma Morley came the first night

Thank you to everyone who could make it to the play. We love all of your support. Grandma Morley came the first night of the play.

Brigitta speaks her mind

Nancy had a lot of lines to memorize--but they were really great lines. Brigitta speaks her mind--even if it means telling Maria that she thinks her dress is the ugliest one she has ever seen.

Nancy absolutely loved going to every practice and being involved with the play. I think she really loved spending time with her dad as well.

Brian and Nancy were in the community theater play, "The Sound of Music". Nancy played Brigitta and Brian was the one that tried to get the family to give up being Austrian.
